2027 Room Rates
We are pleased to confirm that there will be only a minor 4-5% room rate increases for our Occasional hirers from January 2027. As agreed by the trustees in our October 2026 trustee meeting, we will be increasing our occasional hirer rates to be in line with inflation from the last years. Note any existing bookings will not be impacted by these rate changes unless any changes are made to these bookings.
The last increase in these rates was April 2025 so we believe the time is right to increase these rates given our costs have increased since this time. We will be holding our regular and community group rates at this time subject to a mid-year review in April 2027.
